A rare opportunity to acquire my well-preserved example of BMW's iconic E31 840ci Grand Tourer.
MOT valid until December 2026 with no advisories, four previous keepers are shown on the V5C. All user manuals are in hand with service history & invoices.
The exterior presents very well for its age, however, some imperfections can be seen up close, given it's an 30 year old car. The interior is in excellent condition, showing minimal wear. Radio, AC, sunroof, headlights... Everything works as it should.
The engine and transmission perform smoothly, consistent with the car's low mileage. Services have been carried out in recent years plus two new batteries and a new water pump have been fitted. The diff has been refreshed with new oil and a new diff seal. Just had a service done, replaced both rocker cover gaskets and the sump gasket.
With only 51, 110 miles on the clock and such originality, this car represents an attractive balance between investment potential and enjoyable classic GT ownership.
