This fabulous Starmist Blue/ Magnolia Griffith 500 went into storage in 2014, and didn’t turn a wheel until it was bought by the current owner in 2023. Remarkably, once a new battery had been installed, it started first time. The new owner commissioned specialists TVR 101 to go through the car and replace everything that could go wrong, even items that appeared to be working fine. They replaced the starter motor, alternator, radiator, fuel pump, water pump, fuel and water hoses, camshaft, brake master cylinder, front brake caliper, new shocks all-round, bushes, drop links, rear bearings, rotor arm, distributor cap, new tyres, and many more items. A complete new hood from TVR Central was then fitted. The chassis and outriggers were deemed to be in great condition, so were left. The car then took part in an 800-mile tour through Spain, and performed faultlessly. The total spent since July 2023 exceeds £16, 000.
