Bought as a summer project, it's now running, MOT'd and registered (V5 is present and in my name). It's not perfect, as you'd expect for a 40 year old vehicle but it's tidy and can be used straight away, or you could cosmetically take it to the next level and be a show winner. Originally a Swiss bike, imported by a previous owner, I was told that it would run briefly, even though it was in large bits and didn't run when I bought it. A very clever guy in my village identified the problem and fixed it for me.
