Description
The car is a 1947, based on chassis number research, and is shown as re-imported from Malta in 1953. I have the original green paper log book issued in Sussex with owners from 1966 to 1972 listed before the advent of registration documents as we know them.
I also have lots of invoices and paperwork.

Brakes need attention, small leak from new master cylinder banjo bolt washers .
Some bodywork around sunroof and spare wheel/ boot closing panel is required (not structural)
Have bits for running repairs that I have not fitted yet - thermostat housing, starter solenoid, gaskets for timing cover etc - but nothing that would interfere with regular use.

Fuel pump, carburettor and gauge sensor overhauled
Speedo and clock repaired
Air cleaner and breather system modified
Interior trim replaced/ overhauled
Distributor overhauled and electronic ignition kit fitted
Oil filter modification done
Suspension, steering and braking serviced
Master cylinder, rear shoes and oil seals fitted
New hub caps
New tyres all round
Car starts, runs and drivesI have a considerable collection of invoices and paperwork with lots of photos of the restoration completed over the years of ownership. Lovely, usable classic that I have not been able to get out and drive in recent years. seems a waste and I would like to go to a good home.
