It's time for someone to take my Clipper to the next level and restore it to its full glory. Or just drive it and enjoy an honest classic car, appreciating in value rapidly. I've slowly restored the worst parts over the last years but no longer have dry storage so my old friend has to go. The roof was replaced with a mohair one which looks more than original. The engine runs sweetly but could do with a new wax stat to reduce the warming up period. The drivers seat has a threadbare patch which needs attention and the odometer sticks so I think the little gear cog might need replacing or reseating. It's ready to drive with 10 months MOT. You rarely see these cars on the road, but as an appreciating classic they are great value and cheap to run. Pop the roof next summer for fun in the sun! I've always received smiles of approval from this car. It's unpretentious and well regarded by those who recognise this 90's classic.
