1985 VW Minibus 8 seater
Previously owned by an elderly gentleman who’d owned for 15 yrs
Recommissioned in the last 4-6 months with over £1500 being spent (receipts to prove)
and given a full mechanical inspection, with fresh MOT.
Work carried out including ;
Cooling system:
Header tank dry, check cooler system, fit new water pump and pipes, refill tank with correct ratio of antifreeze,
Fuel system:
Drain and flush fuel tank, fit new fuel pipes including filter from tank to carb. Service and reset carb
Suspension:
Fit new gaiters to lower suspension arms and track rod ends
Brakes:
Remove all wheels and check brakes, fit new wheel cylinders to rear, refill with new brake fluid
Supply and fit complete new exhaust
Fit 4 new 185r14c tyres
Engine:
Fit new plugs, points, plug leads, oil, filter, air filter and alternator belt
Exhaust:
Supply and fit complete exhaust and gaskets
MOT until October2026
Tow-bar only used for bicycle rack.
Very original and lots of paperwork with original instruction manuals .
