We’re presenting this magnificent 1969 Alfa Romeo 1750 Spider Veloce, an iconic roadster by Pininfarina, embodying Italian elegance. Launched in 1966 under the name “Duetto”, this model is distinguished by its extended rear, known as the “Coda Longa” (long tail), as opposed to the “Coda Tronca” (short tail) versions, which have a more angular profile.
As confirmed by its Alfa Romeo certificate, our Italian beauty was delivered new in France to the Paris dealership on 18 October 1968. With Matching Colors, it’s presented in its elegant Bianco paint with Skai Rosso (red) upholstery. To guarantee its authenticity, the engine is also Matching Numbers. In addition, it benefits from desirable equipment such as a radio, a battery cut-off switch, and front fog lights.
Restored with care, its bodywork was refinished in 2013, and a brand-new tonneau cover has been fitted recently. Mechanically, it received a major service in 2023, including, in particular, the replacement of the camshafts, the valves and the head gasket. More recently, a full inspection/ servicing has been carried out, with no further costs anticipated.
It has a black alpaca hood and a black tonneau cover.
