Description
For sale is my 1966 Rover 2000 P6 with 29, 472 genuine miles and manual gearbox. Will come with some Rover parts, manuals and the original bill of sale from August 1966. Work undertaken in the 4 years I've had her:
New windscreen washer bottle and pump
New cap and switch for brake fluid level
New brake servo
All engine bay hoses replaced
Kienzel clock repaired and now working
New stainless steel exhaust from manifold to tail pipe
New reverse and brake switches
New coil, dizzy, leads, plugs
Carb (HS6) professionally rebuilt
Clutch slave and master cylinders replaced
Gearstick acorn tip replaced
New starter solenoid
New bumper under riders (either side of front reg)
New front brake pads
Drives great and keeps up with modern traffic no problem. My reason for selling is that I now want to move up to a V8.
Leather seats are very comfy. Door cards and headlining in perfect condition. Paintwork not perfect but matches the age of the car. Underneath of car is spotless.
