My wife’s Suzuki GZ250 Marauder. She bought this after passing her test as she fancied a light bike with a low seat height. Great fun to ride and ideal for someone looking for a cheap to run and insure cruiser. Imported from Spain by a previous owner and as such is in very good condition as can be seen in the photos. The bike was serviced when we bought it with new oil and filter, spark plug and air filter. The carb was cleaned and the valve clearances were adjusted. All done by myself a qualified mechanical engineer who’s worked on my bikes for over 40 years. I also replaced the battery and rear sprocket cush drive rubbers and serviced the front brake at the same time. Since then it’s been used very little but I’ve regularly taken it out for a short ride to keep everything just right. It’s a reluctant sale but my wife never gets round to riding it hence decision to sell. Well looked after and runs great, just been MOT’d so now valid for 12 months ie until 18/ 03/ 26. Km speedo showing 20, 713 km ie 12, 945 miles. We have the bike’s V5 in my wife’s name, plus original owners manual, service manual and history documentation to pass on to the buyer.
An absolute bargain for £950The Suzuki GZ250 Maurauder cruiser is based on the popular Suzuki GN250 roadster and although the model wasn’t officially imported to the UK all engine parts are identical. Also many other cycle parts are interchangeable with both the GN and the 125cc Maurauder models.
