EXCELLENT - beautiful rust free 1947 Mk4 Jaguar
Currently valid Victorian Club registered after strict Road Worthy Tests. Able to be used as daily driver (should someone embrace historic characteristics). Since 1st advertising I've replaced all 8 shocker link bushes and added an additional electric fuel pump near the fuel tank you help overcome fuel vaporisation through our Australian summers.
Recently a Jaguar Club Mk4 / Xk Concourse judge visited and when asked advised that he'd give Gracie 97/ 100 of her was judging it. I purchased 'Gracie' in Wester Australia indirectly through Jag specialist, from surviving wife of couple that purchased it from the same Specialist in 1993.
Since I have purchased, to prepare for reliable use, a high capacity aluminum radiator has been manufactured and installed, water pump and housing redeveloped to overcome 1947 manufacturing variances. Alloy work has been polished, brand new chrome wheels and tyres fitted...
Rather than go into too much detail; we recently had a visit to our home of a JCCV member who is a MK4 and XK concourse Judge. When asked what he would score 'Gracie' he advise 97/ 100. Very satisfying seeing we purchased it due mostly to the colour!
