The Pajero Evo is a limited-run, off-road vehicle built by Mitsubishi to homologate its Dakar Rally-competing version for the T2 racing class. It is a high-performance, two-door version of the Pajero SUV, featuring a wide body, aggressive styling, and enhanced suspension, powered by a 3. 5L V6 engine. Produced from 1997 to 1999, approximately 2, 500 road-legal units, all sold to JDM.
