Description
1974 Ducati 250 Desmo in stunning condition and one of the last to be made.
This has the factory upgraded front disk brake.
Only three previous owners who have been a credit to this motorcycle as the condition is exceptional. This was the forth one I looked at before purchasing one and it is hard to believe it is 52 years old. The gentleman I purchased it from had it displayed in his living room and since I have owned it I have had it in a display case in my workshop when it’s not being ridden. I only take it out on dry days.
The motorcycle regularly starts first time. The engine pulls well and has plenty of power. The gears select well and don’t jump out when engaged. Clutch is light to in operation and brakes work well. When riding it is obvious that the bike has been well looked after and gets a lot of complements from the public.
Handling is superb as you would expect with its excellent reputation and weighing just 128kg.
Engine number and frame number match the V5 document which is in my name.
MOT exempt
Tax exempt
Additional extras:
Custom rear paddock stand as off the shelf ones don’t fit due to how narrow the bike is and exhaust being in the way. Also the footpegs fold up.

This is the best example I have seen, which is why I purchased it.
