Options fitted:
Servotronic PAS, Dynamic stability control, Xenon lights, Lumber support, CD Changer, headlamp washers, rain sensor wipers and side airbags for rear passengers.
Service History:
An incredible FSH (11 x BMW and 2 x Specialist). BMW invoices totalling £8, 246 from Sytner Warwick including new rear coil springs (02/ 2018) brake pipe replacement (08/ 2020) and engine breather pipes/ vent pipes/ hoses (08/ 2022). Last service with a specialist at 134, 218 (10/ 2025).
Significant spend in my ownership, totalling £4, 044, to future proof this car against the typical E39 issues e. g. thermostat, fan, belts, and valve cover gasket replacement. Coolant changed (11/ 2024), brake fluid change (10/ 2025) plus new headlamp washers and new front foglamp.
Tyres:
Two new rear Michelin tyres just fitted (22/ 12/ 25) at cost of £318 and the spare has never been fitted. Matching Michelins on the front.
The BMW toolkit is complete and all keys (2 x main keys, 1 x valet key and 1 x emergency key).
MOT until 11. 02. 2027 (no advisories)
* There is no chain rattle, a benefit of having a full unbroken FSH and I would be pleased to share a video from cold start
** Note: this car is 23 years old and neither new or concourse, BUT crucially it is very useable and reliable with the common E39 addressed and invoices to support all the work. I looked long and hard to find a genuine example I could use as my daily driver and that was also ULEZ compliant. I really like these BMWs from this era for their build quality and robustness.
This car was bought a retirement to himself by the previous owner Mr Sharp and to quote him it was "his pride and joy". He was obviously safety conscious, specifying Dynamic stability control (DSC), above the standard ASC and side airbags for rear passengers
I'm only selling to fund an incoming E39 525i Touring as we need more space for family holidays/ airport runs!
