Reason for Sale: I am reluctantly offering my Alfa Romeo 159 Sportwagon for sale almost immediately after purchasing it. Dies ist ein echter Fall von "right car, wrong child seats." I specifically bought the Sportwagon (Estate) version to accommodate our oversized BeSafe Stretch rear-facing child seats as it was intended for family use.
However, after getting it home, I’ve realised that these specific seats are so deep that they require the front passenger seat to be moved too far forward for my wife’s comfort. It is a heartbreaking decision because it’s a fantastic example of a Sportwagon with this level of specialist maintenance history, but family practicality has to come first. If you have "normal" car seats or older children, this is the perfect, stylish family estate—or if you are just after a properly sorted Alfa.
Enthusiast Maintenance (The Best Part): This car has been maintained regardless of cost by the renowned specialists Autocasa in Coventry. It has just had over £2, 000 spent on major items, meaning the usual "Alfa worries" are already solved:
Brand New Clutch & Dual Mass Flywheel (Sept 2025 Autocasa - £2000+ invoice included)
Oil Pump Drive Seal replaced (Essential preventative maintenance)
Cooling Fan Wiring Loom professionally repaired (Dec 2025 at Autocasa - £430 invoice included)
