This car presents as a simply stunning example of a Mk3 Interceptor. It has recently undergone a £40k restoration at a marque specialist. It has had a complete glass out full body respray. New aluminium radiator and cooling pack. The original excellent radiator has been retained should you wish to put the factory original back. New sills, front and rear valances and rear quarter panels. Suspension overhauled and bushes replaced. Bumpers re chromed and overrider rubbers replaced. All doors and window rubbers replaced. New overmats.
The interior is virtually untouched as it is so good ( 10/ 10 for interior at recent JOC concours) Full original tool kit and owners handbook along with original workshop manual. Martin Robeys history file also accompanies the car .
The only problems are : The clock has unfortunately suddenly stopped - not an expensive fix, I believe it to be the internal fuse. The air conditioning will need re-gassing before the Summer.
The mileage as is common with a lot of Interceptors is exceptionally low for the year. This is a very useable car and the new owner will have an Interceptor that will need very little spent on it for years to come. Not the usual heartbreaking Jensen. This car has an amazing history being a film car. It starred in the film ‘All the money in the World’ driven by Mark Wahlberg and Christopher Plummer. A large file containing script car movements and photos of Mark Wahlberg with the car etc come with it as well. Find a better Mk3 Interceptor on the market for this price. Belonging to a member of the Jensen Owners Club and as has entered concours events.
