1934 Austin 7 Deluxe
Completely original specification [apart from battery isolator switch, recently fitted]
First owner and daughter for 52 years.
Second owner for 13 years
Third owner for 25 years
All old logbooks from new on 31st July 1934. Complete history with many old photographs from previous owners. Spent some years exhibited in Beaulieu Motor Museum and has won many awards at Austin 7 Register National Rallies at Beaulieu. Many photographs of these times. On the 5th March1964 the Engine was overhauled completely with rebore, new pistons and reground crankshaft and big ends etc. at a cost of £23-17s-11d, receipt part of history file. The car was laid up for a few years recently due to the third owner’s Ill health, but is now back on the road again and running great with everything working as it should with a new 6 volt battery. This car is in its original paintwork and the interior has never been touched. She has never been restored just well maintained and used respectfully. Please don’t expect it to be like new as it is 91 YEARS OLD, but still very nice to see. This car should not be restored but cherished as it is.
