Here is my 1996 BMW E31 8 Series in calypso red, and is the sought after 4. 4 litre V8 varient (M62 engine) which offers improved torque and reliability over the earlier 4. 0L units.

Previous owner has spent over £7, 000 in maintenance since 2018, so the car is in good mechanical condition. As with most E31, s there are a few minor faults, these include:
The sunroof mechanism requiring attention.
The cabin heating is hot on drivers side and cold on the passengers.
Small patches of rust here and there, shown in photos.
Passenger rear view mirror doesnt motor up and down.
Rear window delamination on the edges.
Paintwork is as you d expect from a 30 year old car, the bonnet has some fade and some hazing on the drivers A pillar.
Exhaust has a minor leak. (not on MOT Advisories)

I have loved owning the car, however with 3 young children, i rarely get the chance to use it, so i would love it to go to a new home, hopefully to someone with a garage.
