Way ahead of it's time when launched back in late in 1989 at the Frankfurt Motor show, this 1995 BMW 8 Series 840Ci V8 Ci represents a rare chance to own a piece of automotive history. BMW spent over 1. 5 Billion Deutsche Marks developing this iconic model, using CAD tools which at that time was very unusual. The space-age design and luxurious ruched leather interior set the 8 Series apart, and was built as a departure from the 6 Series and priced accordingly. Powered by a robust 4. 0 litre petrol engine, this Ci variant offers a refined driving experience characteristic of BMW's esteemed engineering.
