1964 Lotus 7 series 2 1500 Cosworth - Similar to the Prisoner car.
This was purchased from a gentleman who had owned it from new and documented every mile and every penny he spent on her. He was a time served mechanic and it was his pride and joy as it has been mine for the past number of years.
Has a spare green original nose cone and weather equipment.
However time has come to part with any two of my three sevens ( the other being a series 1 and a BDR engined La Carrara Panamericana Seven ! ) And an 1965 Elan.
For a potential new owner it has been professionally serviced and inspected and is in superb condition. As good as you would find.
Early Elans and 7’s are both useable, simple and a delight to drive; in fact they have never been surpassed in enjoyment and exhilaration terms by any of the 100 or more collectors cars I have owned.
