Here for sale we have our 1983 Porsche 944 finished in Guards red, with black pinstripe interior, sitting on cookie cutter wheels.
This lovely example of an early Porsche 944 has undergone a fair amount of work over the past couple of years, and it definitely shows. Running and driving very well and is ready to be driven away on its next adventure today.
Paint work is very nice having undergone some paint work which has made this 80s hero shine again. Rust has been taken care of so the car is solid, sills, bottom of wings, battery tray area, hatch latches, boot side pockets, all areas where rust normally presents itself are clean. The cookie cutter wheels have been fully refurbished too.
The interior has been treated to a full re-trim and the black pinstripe looks great where usually they fade to brown and wear through. The dash does have cracks in it as common on these.
Mechanically the car is also very good too, having undergone a lot of work. Recently everything has been gone through including a full service, new calipers all round, new fuel lines at the rear including new filters, fuel pump, tank clean, injectors have been tested, new ignition leads, spark plugs, new exhaust, rear brake lines. Cam belt, balance belt, rollers, tensioners and water pump were replaced in late 2022 and the car has only covered 100 miles since.
