Owned by myself for 7 years the car comes with the unique reg no A40 OSE, The car runs almost perfectly with a fabulously smooth engine and gearbox the engine benefitting from the fitment of a Mark Adams Tornado chip, the car had a body off resto at 60000 miles and is still in superb non rusty condition having been wayoyled , the outriggers are completely solid , as a qualified C&G Motor vehicle technician I carry out all my own work I also have other classics that I maintain, I have replaced all discs and pads , fitted the latest R9 petrol hoses that are E10 compatible and also silicone hoses the car is shod with 4 Toyo tyres still with loads of tread, I have fitted an electric fan override and in 2024 I found a weep on one head gasket so I changed both gaskets and fitted them with the high carbon head studs the ones that the racers use as they don't stretch. Since new the car has had 25 services 4 of which I have carried out at following mileages , 26, 1266, 6683, 12723, 19230, 24108, 26911, 31218, 36055, 42412, 48109, 52553, 54661, 59728, 60842, 63824, 72304 74820, 77280, 78301, 78665. The veneers in the car are near perfect I made the extra centre console one and had it veneered at the same time, there is also the wooden steering wheel. there are 2 things that do not work on the car, the courtesy lights { but the light still works on the switch } and the second hand on the clock has decided to hang down permanently, everything else works as it should. Maybe not to everybody's taste but I have had an extra silencer fitted to make the car far nicer to drive on a run and to not upset the neighbours. the car will be taxed for April. The bodywork on the car is still really very good the finish is excellent there has been a small repair patch on the passenger front wing that can be seen up close but you have to look hard. The car photos do not enhance the car it really is that shiny . You will note I have fitted a mechanical type Cruise Control for long journeys, The MOT is valid till Feb 2027 no advisories.
