Tvr cerbera 4. 5 , In outstanding condition having had a body off restoration completed by the previous owner in january 2025.
looks virtually new underneath with a stripped and re powder coated chassis and suspension in factory white using all new fixings .
It is fitted with fully adjustable Ohlins dampers , apparently the factory used to fit them to the press cars , they are currently set up for compliance and comfort.
The engine has had a top end rebuild , with all new valves ,
valve guides , seats and seals etc., by a specialist engineering company . The short block was checked and deemed to be in excellent condition , so after it was all reassembled with new gaskets and seals It was repainted before being installed back into the freshly restored chassis.
The gearbox has been rebuilt by competion transmission services as recommended by Andy Mcloughlin of Apm Tvr a Cerbera AJP V8 specialist , who also helped with other aspects of the restoration.
The steering rack was rebuilt by specialists before being installed with all new fixings . A new alternator was fitted and the water and oil pumps rebuilt , all new fuel lines and coolant hoses fitted . The exhaust manifolds and system have been heat wrapped . In addition the diff was checked and rebuilt with new seals and gaskets then refinished.
All new brake disks and pads fitted with expensive Tarox front disks and new brake lines , the calipers have been rebuilt with new seals and refinished .
It has been repainted in a lovely shade of metallic grey . The Naca ducts were added by one of the previous owners , personally I like them but they can be returned to factory easily enough.
The spider alloys have been refurbished and new pirelli tyres fitted.
The interior was refreshed and new carpets fitted , I have fitted a new carplay/ android auto stereo which allows maps to be used on its display . The original pioneer is included .
As you can imagine it drives beautifully and sounds wonderful on its standard exhaust system
It has eight previous owners, I bought it last year because I had always wanted one . The need for at least one 4 door daily driver before I retire is the reason for sale .
The mileage is approx 34, 500 miles , it has the original service book with multiple stamps and of course many restoration and parts invoices and some digital photos .
In summary no aspect of this car has been left untouched during its restoration.
