1979 SP1000 V1- 38000 miles, all original except for fitment of Newtronic/ Pirhana electronic Ignition and Koni Dial-a-Ride shocks.
The previous owner sourced and fitted a pair of the original upswept Lafranconi silencers, rare and expensive if you can find them. Also better looking than the later versions.
Very recent pair of Bridgestone BT46's fitted, also had a reconditioned Bosch starter motor about 12 months ago.
Recent service of all oils, filters and fluids, carbs balanced, valve clearances and timing checked less than 1000 miles ago. Everything works as it should. A simple to maintain, reliable, effortless, long distance mile muncher.
It is fitted with a period Krauser rack and hard paniers (with 2 keys) - I also have the original rear indicators if you want to remove the rack and panniers and put it back to "standard" I also have the two original folding button top keys for the Ignition and tank.
