For sale: this magnificent 1964 Triumph Spitfire Mk2 that has undergone a complete restoration (full file since it left the barn). It also comes with an expert report prepared by a firm on 24/ 10/ 2019 valuing the car at €22, 000. This Mk2 has covered 3, 000 miles since restoration. It features heating, stainless exhaust, wire-spoke wheels, battery cut-off, and the addition of an electronic ignition unit... I have around €20, 000 of invoices available. In 2025 there was a gearbox refurbishment following a seized gearbox bearing. Recent oil changes to the gearbox, engine and differential, new spark plugs as well as the two air filters. I am selling it below its value because I think the head gasket may need replacing or the cooling system may need a rethink. I no longer wish to incur further outlays on it as I have another project.
