Description
Morris Eight four seater tourer in dark red and black. Family-owned since 1991. The car is structurally and cosmetically very good but could be improved by some TLC and know-how being applied to the braking system. The car was purchased in 1979 after being recovered from an abbatoir in Devon with the engine seized and the body, trim and accessories in an advanced state of decay. It was returned to the road in 1981 having had a full engine rebuild as well as all the visible aspects of the car having been restored. My father bought it in around 1991 to relive his youth but the car saw almost no use since around the late nineties. I have got the car running, steering and stopping but I am sure that an enthusiast could get more out of the car in terms of performance and stopping power than I have been able to do.
