Ford Cortina 1600GT ( MK2 ) 2 Door
Ford sale my 1970 very rare 2 door mk2 1600gt in diamond white. I have owned this car for just over 2 years this is an older restoration but still looks really good, there are a few blemishes but nothing bad certainly no rust.
Since my ownership I have replaced front and rear door cards and parcel shelf with Aldridge trimming ones. I have replaced inner and outter track rod ends and steering bushes, strut top mounts new tyres ( Toyo's) new rear brake wheel brake cylinders plus new front calipers+brake pads and fitting kit, custom made rocker cover I still have the original. New clutch master and slave cylinder, new brake and clutch master cylinder caps new starter solenoid new carburettor trumpet mesh all lenses have new seals.
I am sure I have forgotten something but my point is this car has wanted for nothing in my ownership I am only selling as I have bought something else and need the room. This car being a 1970 2 door gt is very hard to price but I think the price is fair due to condition and rarity. I am open to sensible discussions regarding price.
I also have spares that will go with the car, such as centre console, dashboard carbs steering wheels etc.
