In terms of interior the car is original. However under the hood there has been a lot changed. This increases driving pleasure through better road holding, power and performance.
The car is used for weddings, galas and other festive occasions. I personally bought the Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud I in 2019 in Great Britain. It was still completely original in terms of engine, transmission and the like. But I missed some power. The original drum brakes were also not safe. So I decided to drastically upgrade in terms of power and braking. Also the original Rolls-Royce parts were difficult to obtain and expensive. Therefore I decided to install a American Chevrolet 383 Stroker block with 400 HP. Also around new disc brakes have been installed which provide substantial stopping power. The benefits of this are easier maintenance and replacement parts are straightforward and cheaper to obtain than the original Rolls-Royce parts.
I now use this car for special occasions such as weddings, galas and other festive occasions.
