I’ve finally decided to sell my Lotus Esprit S3 N/ A 1982 Ice Blue with Blue Half Leather and black carpets stunning colour combination. S3 Esprit have galvanised Chassis and suspension components so no rot to worry about. Other projects mainly my new house are priority at the moment. It was laid up in 2004 because of a cracked windscreen. I have the handbooks and service history. It had an engine rebuild 1500 miles prior to being laid up. I have done most the work to return it to the road. All new belts, Water pump, Alternator refurb, Cambelt tensioner rebuild, Carbs ultra sonically cleaned and rebuilt. Gear linkage bushes replaced. All callipers rebuilt and braided flexi pipes fitted. Petrol tanks flushed. The known jobs still required are to reconnect some coolant hoses (it was holding water fine before draining). New tyres, windscreen (approx. £250 on eBay). Fuel system reconnecting. There are a few electrical issues to sort however the headlamp motors work, and the ignition system provides a good spark. Rear light surrounds could do with a paint. A couple of weekends work. A nice Esprit message me for more details.
