1973 MGB Roadster - Pimento Red with original chrome bumpers - Manual 4 speed with Overdrive.
Engine has been upgraded with an unleaded cylinder head, it has a stainless steel exhaust and the front and rear suspensions have been done.
Car is fitted with the original Chrome Rostyle wheels and new tyres (1500 miles ago). Spare tyre is brand new.
Bodywork is in good overall condition for its age; there are some micro blisters in the paintwork (mainly on the bonnet) which are visible - underneath metalwork is great.
New single 12v battery fitted with a hard wired charger plug (charger included in sale)
Interior is original and in very clean condition.
New leather head rests added along with New inertia seat belts and mountings.
It has just had a major, major service (May 2026)
Following the deterioration of the original release bearing, the engine and gearbox have come out, the gearbox rebuilt and new oil added. A new clutch plate and cover along with new release bearing have been fitted, engine gaskets have been replaced with new. The overdrive has been serviced and finally the engine and gearbox have had new mounts fitted.
Service included new air filters, oil filter, fuel filters, spark plugs, engine oil and coolant.
Car comes with original Full Tonneau and Half Tonneau - both in great condition.
