1971 Triumph Herald

solid structually, paintwork fair but not show standard, hood is ok, newish carpet set, been trying to get it started, turning over, sparking, etc, fuel not getting up to carb, too many projects so offered "as is" to someone with basic mechanical knowledge, no more pictures, its the later 13/ 60 model, would do deal with 50/ 60s motorcycle or scooter, no cars please but may consider a period commercial vehicle
