This is not like the 12 horse power UK models, this is the full power - Japanese spec MTX 200 R - when it comes on the pipe - it goes like a rocket
Pro-link suspension, 'power valve', alloy rims, metal fuel tank, auto-mix two stroke (Currently filled with fully synthetic oil) all period and correct
I have the full Japanese Motor Cycle Club import papers & certification - with the UK registration document AND MOT & road tax exemption certificates
The bike has had impeccable maintenance - it starts 1st kick - idles perfectly
It has patina on it - it's a 40+ year old bike, but has never seen rain in my ownership - it's in fabulous condition - no rust
I have the original un-rusted exhaust - if you prefer total originality - the DEP pipe is new - old stock and sounds great
On high days and holidays - I take this bike out - people stop me to croon over it and remember the days when they made bikes like this - they were really fun - and now very rare and sought after
I looked for a long while to find one this mechanically sound - it really takes you back to a different time - they really do not make bikes to last like this anymore
Buy yourself a piece of working & reliable HONDA history - HONDA even have many parts in the back catalogue for this bike should you want to improve it over time - but it's really a very good standard and ready to enjoy - now!
