I bought this car in 2016 from John the Muswell Hill flower man. I used it as my daily car for 8 years - taking it for repairs and services to the legendary R W Services, London N8.
Lots of work has been done on the engine and body over the years - including a new sunroof that was made for the car and in 2021.
Then I went away for work for a long stretch and when I came back the car no longer started. I'm not sure what is needed to get it back on the road as I couldn't afford to get the car sorted. This was 2 years ago.
Now it's time for someone else to bring the car back to life and give it it's next chapter on the road!The attention to detail that MG made these cars with is stunning. I love the dials on the dashboard, the little light behind the gearstick, the steering wheel, the fold in wing mirrors, the fold down 'back seat'. And best of all the sunroof!
