It is alot of lovely car for the price being asked. This Bentley T2 was first registered on the 24th May, 1978.
I am the 7th registered custodian. (Acquired in February 2024.)
The Chassis/ frame number is SBH33837 with matching body and engine numbers.
The current mileage is 129538 with a MOT certificate expiring on the 23rd January, 2027
Comprehensive service history filling two service books from new until 124, 000 miles in 2011. Self maintained since by previous enthusiast and myself.
Tax and ULEZ/ CAZ exempt.
Bodywork and paintwork generally good and presentable. There are however, minor paint chips and imperfections. But come and see and draw your own conclusions.
All chrome in good condition.
Factory alloy wheels with correct Avon Turbosteel tyres.
Everflex roof in excellent order, with no evidence of bubbling underneath.
Beige leather seats, all in excellent condition with no obvious damage.
Burr walnut veneers are good. All door cappings refurbished to a high excellent standard.
Air conditioning serviced last year.
All electric windows functioning.
Cassette player, radio with retracting aerial all fuctioning.
Original tool kit and jack in leather bag.
There are always things to do with classic cars and I've yet to get around to investigating the Cruise Control that has ceased to engage. But overall, "Yvette" as she has been known by myself and previous owners, runs well and is in general good overall condition. However, I'm biased, so why not come along, view and judge for yourself.
