Description
I am the second owner of this Land Rover Defender 90 XS. The first owner had it since registration and I have had it since September 2025. I am only selling it as I am moving house and don't have adequate storage space.
The car was first purchased from Harwoods Land Rover in Basingstoke. The following options were fitted:
- Corris Grey
- Boost Alloy Wheels
- Carpet Floor Trim
- Contrast leather pack with premium seats
- Contrast roof
- Privacy glass
The cars service history is as follows
- PDI on the 28th January 2015 at Harwoods Land Rover

- Service on the 31st January 2017 at 23880 miles at H&C Automotive Limited

There is extensive other history for additional jobs like alignment, tyres, brakes and other general maintenance.
After purchasing the vehicle in September i took it straight to Nene Overland in Peterborough for a vehicle health check to be completed. The following work was identified and completed at a total of £2286. 44
- New wiper box installed and fitted
- Rear door adjustment
- Replace two front wheel bearings
- Fit two new rear shocks
- Fit new rear shock bushes
- Fit new track rod end dust covers
Working in the automotive industry I have access to ramps and technicians. The following service work as been carried out:
- Engine oil change at 106903 miles on the 2nd May 2026
- Front and rear diff oil change at 106903 miles on the 2nd May
- Transfer box oil change at 106966 miles on the 22nd May 2026.
- 4 Wheel Alignment in May 2026
I have also had the car detailed with a level one polish and a Gtechniq Ceramic Coating applied in May 2026.
Its always fair to list what isn't perfect about a car and i would suggest the following work could be done, however the car looks amazing for its age and mileage.
- Windscreen stone chip. This is to the left hand side of the screen and is in front of the passenger. It has been previously filled and easily passes an MOT
- Rear bumper damage. This is on the rear left of the car and the corner has been slightly pushed in.
- General blemishes. There are 4 or 5 small marks on the car that can not be polished, these around around 1p coin size at most.
- Front end stone chips. I am probably being picky here for a car of the year and mileage however the painted section beneath the right headlamp is chippy. The front window surround also has some chips and in some instances there is some paint lifting.
- Drivers seat. The lower section of the drivers seat is slightly split and needs repairing. The car has been tastefully modified.
- Optimill Accessories. The previous owner fitted the entire Optimill catalogue including door hinges all around, bonnet blocks, bonnet hinges, wing mirror arms and seat adjustors. This entire set would cost in the region of £1200 if not more.
- ORE Front Bumper, fitted with ORE Bumper fitting kit
- ORE Spare Wheel Carrier. This has been on the car for around two months
- ORE Stainless Black Xmember bolts
- FourDot number plates
- Tuff Torque Modular Steel Wheels. These are 16 x 8 at an ET0 and give the car a really nice stance. I paired them with 265 75 16 Falken Wildpeak MT Tyres. These have probably done around 1000 miles. I also have the original Boost Alloys and will include them in the sale.
- MUD Seat Extender
- New genuine rear mud flaps
- Upgraded steering arms with strengthened ball joints
- Terrafirma Steering Damper
