Etat Generale
Overall the car is in extremely good condition. Runs and drives superbly for a vehicle 57 years old. Never been welded and has never needed welding. There are some age related marks on the bodywork.
Exterieur
The car is totally original and there are some age related knocks and scratches on the bady,
Interior
The seats are firm and comfortable. The dashboard looks good. There are some water stains on the headlining and the carpet is a bit worn and showing its age.
Mechanics
Excellent oil pressure. The carburettor has been stripped and cleaned so the car pulls smoothly. No problem keeping up with modern traffic. Brakes, shock absorbers and any steering bushes etc have been replaced where necessary. Historique
We purchased the car three years ago from a gentleman in the South of France. He bought the vehicle from a friend with the view to putting it back on the road, but didn’t get around to it. The friend bought the car new for his son who unfortunately died very young. On the sons death in the 1970s the car was put into storage. We have now way of verifying the validity of this story, but the condition of the car and the 32500 kilometers registered on the speedometer suggest it is probably true.
