Description
This is a speedster clinic 356 coupe based on a 1958 Porsche 356. The chassis was modified for the body by Gary at Speedster clinic. It’s the best chassis layout you can have with the super beetle irs rear suspension and the beam front end. It had new heavy duty floorpans installed at the same time. It has been zinc powder coated then black powder on top. I have a brand new front beam included with it, it has an old one bolted on at the moment to move the car around. I had the gearbox rebuilt by the vw gearbox shop and a 3. 88 final drive put in. The engine is a 1600 twin port that ran fine before removing, doesn’t seem to have any end float. I have the original pedal set that has been refurbished and powdercoated. Original seats, and some other parts to go with it. This is basically a brand new kit ready to complete. It’s cost over £13000 as it is now. So if you’re looking to build 356 coupe this is a big saving. I’m selling as I’ve got too many jobs that keep piling up so don’t have time to get on with this now.
