Description
A lovely V-twin Virago that almost feels like a brand new bike. Not concours or showroom, but with deep lustrous paint and very few cosmetic flaws (just a small round abrasion mark on the front mudguard, possibly from a leather bag fitted at some point, and a few minor instances of corrosion). Cables, wiring, rubber fittings etc are all in great condition, and screws and bolt heads give the impression of being untouched. Not a time capsule, but almost! Even the rear brake shoe indicator shows almost no wear.
She starts on the button, the vacuum petrol tap works perfectly, and once the manual choke is pushed in she burbles sweetly with a Harley-like rhythm. Everything works as it should.
There's an unused toolkit on the bike plus a very solid gel battery. The seats are unmarked. Three keys and the original owners documentation.
This is a cruiser style bike bought for my partner who is getting back into biking after a long layoff. Sadly she doesn't get on with the forward riding position so it is being sold. A great choice for someone looking for an ultra low seat height. MOT to 24 March 2027
