I have owned and maintained this Danbury Rio conversion since 2013. Bought from Danbury, Yate, Bristol. The competitive asking price reflects desire for a quick sale.
When not in use the van has been covered or garaged.
We are selling 'Sylvia' after many happy family times camping around the UK and France. She has been serviced and maintained at recommended intervals over the years with Danbury (Yate, Bristol), Garage 87 (Stockport classic VW specialist) and a local family run garage with VW expertise (documentation available).
The campervan is in good condition and I have had the roof refurbished with the addition of a taller canvas hydraulic pop up roof as compared to Danbury's original version.
I have had an Alpine CD/ Bluetooth/ Digital radio fitted with Alpine speakers and tweeters. Also a subwoofer speaker under passenger seat with a control dial in the steering column.
The van has a beautiful vintage wood/ metal steering wheel.
Inside there is a leisure battery with full hook-up facilities. Fire extinguisher.
Usual fridge, double stove gas cooker and grill. There's even a wardrobe for your clothes!
Wooden roof rack included (not shown in photos). Tow-bar.
Clean Air Zone and Ultra-Low Emission Zone (CAZ/ ELEZ) charge exempt due to bio-fuel compatibility.
