Description
In it`s original colour of Reliant Cygnet Grey with a solid Waxoiled chassis, very good interior including headlining and a great engine (45psi hot) with a presumed 123k miles. Good bodywork and paint with a few bits of the usual microblistering which doesn`t spoil the overall appearance. Also fitted with a quality Webasto glass sunroof (allegedly from new), of great benefit this summer.
Most parts renewed/ upgraded eg. stainless steel fuel tank/ exhaust/ water pipes, electric fuel and water pumps, aluminium rad, adjustable dampers, carb etc. Most recently new alternator, battery, electronic ignition, tyres, anti-roll bar links and grill. Gearbox and suspension overhauled in 2022.
Featured on the RSSOClub stand at the 2022 NEC show and on the cover of the Club magazine with a restoration article in 2023 (copy included). Comes with a file of many receipts and history back to 2007.
A largely original, above average car which has had a lot of care and attention over the years.
