I have owned this factory chrome bumper MGBGTV8 for many years ( V5 in my name 1974 registered Damask red).
I decided to have the car Professionally fully rebuilt and restored a few years ago, using a new correct Heritage V8 shell which is included in the sale. The car was completely stripped but unfortunately the restorer became very ill and had to retire. The car is now stored in my heated garage in a totally stripped boxed state and the shell is mounted on a restoration trolley. The radiator, steering rack and gearbox are known to be missing (I was intending to have the popular MX5 gearbox conversion and power steering fitted). Otherwise I believe all is as removed. The original wheels are supplied together with 4 alloy wheels in as new condition to replace the troublesome original composites. Personal health issues now mean that I have to dispose of the vehicle so presenting a real bargain opportunity for someone wishing to complete this rebuild.
