Description
Dodge Coronet 500 361 cu in Hard Top survivor, owned since early 1994.
In need of mechanical work, it has what I believe to be a big end knock on Cylinder 1.
Unfortunately I haven’t used the car enough, having covered less than 5000 miles in 32 years.
The mileage is believed genuine, the earliest Mot I have is 1991 with 43, 000 miles, now showing 49, 900 a service sticker for 1978 shows the mileage at 30, 200 miles. The underside is in amazing condition, it has never had any welding, it was always treated with dinitrol yearly, which has preserved it, I have lots of pictures of the underside .
I haven’t done any paintwork to it, in my ownership. It does have micro blistering below waistline, on some panels.
The roof and bonnet are the only panels not affected. Interior is original.

The cherished plate isn’t included, the original number was JGC 203C.
I think it’s priced fairly, for its body / interior and being unrestored.
If it doesn’t sell I will have the bottom end rebuilt, and keep it, and use it, which is what it needs. Unfortunately sitting around hasn’t helped it.
The knock isn’t evident on tick over, but looking online it advises not to to drive.
