Welcome to the advert for our rare Rover 200 BRM edition , this is one of only 53 left and is in fantastic condition.
This car has been cherished by its 3 previous owners and the car has only covered 57k miles. It comes with the original book pack , old MOT’s, old tax discs and service history paper work, the last being at 57195 miles which included a replacement timing belt.
These are special cars, they come with the 1. 8 16v VVC Engine producing 142BHP.
5 speed gearbox with limited slip differential, unique interior only found on the BRM models, BRM sill trims, badging and the orange front grill which is a ‘nod’ to the BRM race cars.
Body work is in great condition , free from dents and more importantly rust, it’s hard to believe these are 27 years old now! The interior is in beautiful condition and retains all of its original features, red diamond stitched seats, red detailing on the door cards etc . The roof lining is also still intact!
The car has recently had a brake overhaul including new brake discs and pads , brake caliper refresh and new brake hoses.
The engine runs well, it runs up to temperature and the cooling fan cuts in as it should , there are no signs of head gasket issues either , on the move it has good performance with plenty of midrange torque, close ratio gearbox is precise too.
Just passed its MOT with no advisories so the car is now ready to go.
