1969 Triumph TR25W Trophy 250 (Red) – Beautiful Condition
Offering for sale one of my personal collection bikes. Sadly, age and health have caught up, and it is time for the collection to find a new home. This TR25W has undergone a meticulous, total nut-and-bolt rebuild to true concourse standards. More time, effort, and money have been invested into this restoration than the bike will ever command on the market—making this a rare opportunity for a collector or enthusiast to acquire a turnkey machine of exceptional quality.
Mechanical Restoration
Engine & Gearbox: T25T engine featuring a heavy-duty bottom end and conrod. Fully rebuilt with a rebore, brand-new +20 thou piston, and new bearings, seals, and shells.
Internal Components: Primary drive, clutch, and alternator completely overhauled. Crankshaft dynamically balanced.
Chassis & Running Gear: Frame and associated components vapour blasted and professionally powder coated. New drive chain and sprockets, new rear shock absorbers, and forks fully rebuilt.
Wheels & Brakes: Wheels completely rebuilt with stainless steel rims and spokes, new bearings, new brake shoes, and brand-new tyres that have never seen the road.
Cosmetic Finish
Paint & Bodywork: Total professional resplendent repaint in correct red, finished with authentic transfers and expertly over-lacquered.
Brightwork: Every nut, bolt, and stud has been replated. All chrome components were stripped and replated to a remarkably high standard.
