Description
1993 Toyota Celica 2. 0 GTi 16 valve, showing 126, 000 miles, owned for the last five years. Structurally sound and still goes well for its 33 years. A great fun car.
During my ownership the car has had:
- Four new tyres
- Four new brake callipers and pads
- Rear brake disks
- Mostly new exhaust (only the back box is original)
- Lambda sensor
- New battery
- … and a driver’s footrest
The timing belt and water pump were replaced in 2018, before my ownership.
The car could do with a little TLC to bring it up to a good standard. It also has an intermittent Check Engine Light (comes on at start but will fade and extinguish after a few miles) but won't give a fault code. Suspect there is a power issue somewhere.
There is an after-market alarm fitted but is not connected.
Sensible offers considered.
