Cream white (Old English White) colour paired with a red leather interior trimmed with red carpeting. Black Mohair hood and black Mohair hood cover. This magnificent Jaguar XK 150 Drop Head Coupé (DHC) was built in October 1958 and delivered to the first owner in California, United States, in early 1959.
In 1999, the car was imported to the Netherlands where the car was restored in detail during the period 1999-2002. In 2002, the car was registered on the road in the Netherlands. This magnificent Jag has been cherished by a careful owner since then.
During the restoration, the engine was fully overhauled. The four-speed manual gearbox is factory-fitted with an overdrive. The front brakes were upgraded with more powerful calipers. The car is equipped with power-assisted brakes and electric power steering.
The XK six-cylinder engine of 254 hp runs perfectly and sounds superb, and the driving experience is excellent!
This beautiful Jaguar XK 150 DHC is in very good to excellent condition and has been serviced occasionally by Jaguar specialists over the years.
The car retains all original details and is equipped with chrome wire wheels, a pair of Lucas SLR576 headlights at the front, a chrome luggage rack on the boot and a stainless steel exhaust system. The car has been driven regularly and enjoyed, which is evident when driving this powerful machine.
Everything works and feels as it should. Only 2, 100 of this type were built, it is a magnificent example for the Jaguar enthusiast/ collector!
