THE APPEAL
Introduced in 1935, the Velocette MAC was the last of the brand’s rigid frame bikes, using a relatively advanced overhead valve high-cam engine and, in post-war models, telescopic forks.
As well as the standard sports touring frame, MAC 350s were offered with a scrambler-type frame from the factory. This Velocette has been modified to a Scrambler style.

SUMMARY
With its modified Scrambler frame, this is a really unusual bike and one with quite a bit of collector appeal as a result. Velocettes are quality bikes with a strong following and this is a really nice, preserved and gently patinated example that’s crying out to be cherished, loved and enjoyed as part of a British bike collection.
