The Appeal
The joy of MG’s B is that it is so straightforward and unassuming. This is a car made for jumping in and enjoying the drive, ideally to a local country watering hole. And you can do just that very confidently because these are simple and rugged cars with superb parts and specialist support.
This car fits that theme perfectly. With its Tangarine Orange paintwork and 15in Minators it will definitely stand out in the pub car park. The vendor acquired in in 2013 and has invested in it, including a £2,200 retrim in 2018 and steering and suspension rebuild in 2019. More recently it has had remedial welding work to the underside.
There are a few cosmetic points to note in the photos, which the buyer could live with or gradually improve. The voluntary MOT to March 2026 indicates that these issues are not pressing. A perfect car, then, for summer runs.
