1991 Rover Mini City | 8, 400 Miles From New | 1 Owner From New | Exceptional Original Condition An exceptionally rare opportunity to acquire what must be one of the finest and most original Rover Mini Citys remaining today. First registered in 1991 and showing just 8, 400 genuine miles from new, this remarkable Mini has had just 1 owner from new and survives in truly outstanding, unrestored condition. The car remains remarkably original throughout. The bodywork is entirely original with no evidence of previous resprays or restoration work, presenting in genuine time-warp condition. The interior is equally impressive, remaining beautifully preserved, unmarked and exactly as you would hope from such a low-mileage example. Mechanically, the Mini performs superbly. The engine starts immediately, even without choke, and runs exactly as it should. As part of the preparation for sale, the engine has been serviced to ensure reliable future enjoyment. Original factory splash guards remain fitted. In keeping with the car's originality, the original factory tyres were only recently replaced during preparation for sale. The original hubcaps are included, although currently removed as I personally prefer the appearance of the steel wheels. The complete original book pack accompanies the vehicle and remains in excellent, untouched condition. The Mini was removed from the road in 2010 following a diagnosis that rust-related repairs were required. However, after spending the following 15 years in a private heated collection, a thorough inspection has shown that assessment to have been largely incorrect. Having carefully examined the underside, it is clear the car was far better preserved than originally believed. Aside from a historic repair to one sill, the underside remains remarkably original, exceptionally solid and in excellent condition throughout.
