One of just 68 right-hand drive Ferrari 348 Spiders produced, this low mileage car is in exceptional condition. Presented in Rosso Corsa with Crema leather upholstery, this rare, fast and fun two-seater, with its dramatic ‘Testarossa’ styling cues, has a full service history, has been fully serviced and is ready to enjoy.
Our car is a 1994, right-hand drive Ferrari 348 Spider in Rosso Corsa with Crema leather upholstery and red carpets. Powered by a 3. 4-litre V8 engine producing 340 bhp, the car is just one of 68 right-hand drive Ferrari 348 Spiders made and includes the mechanical upgrades and styling changes introduced in late 1993. Having covered just 37, 000 miles the car is mechanically perfect, the paintwork is unblemished, the interior is unmarked and the hood and hood-cover like new.
Launched in 1989 at the Frankfurt Motor Show, the Ferrari 348 replaced the Ferrari 328, the new model featuring dramatic ‘Testarossa-style’ side intakes. The model also moved away from Ferrari’s separate tubular-steel chassis, the Ferrari 348 series being the first to feature a pressed-steel chassis. The series underwent a revision programme in late 1993, the various engine and styling changes being identified by amending the model’s suffix to GTB and GTS, the Ferrari 348 Spider being launched simultaneously. Of the 1, 090 drop-head coupes produced, just 68 were right-hand drive.
The car has a full service history and comes complete with all handbooks, service documentation and the original toolkit. In preparing the car we’ve given it a full service and have refinished the wheels and replaced the tyres. It’s ready to go.
