Mr Darcys are offering for sale, something a little different. This very unusual Austin Morris is a fully functional camper. These were custom fitted by Sun-Tor in the UK, and the quality of the work is something to behold. She would have started as a Morris van, but was fully converted under licence to the Sun-Tor coach company. This is a low mileage (37000)example that can sleep two comfortably. As was said to me by a customer today, this would be perfect to go for a days lake fishing, and get some peace and quiet. Cooker, sink, lights are all working. The interior was fully reupholstered, with new carpets fitted to front and rear. She is equipped with electronic ignition, battery cut off switch, as well as fitted gas bottle to cook up your breakfast. There are no rips in the extending roof, and she is nice and dry. All original curtains and fittings are present. The paintwork is good, but not perfect.
Drives like a new car, and comes with a lot of paperwork and MOTs to support the low mileage. Overall it's a very unusual, but nice little camper that is functional as well as vintage novelty. We accept trade ins as usual, and can deliver if required. We are open Monday to Saturday 9-5, but we can facilitate viewings in the evening or on Sundays. We are located 20 mins from Dublin Airport, and 30 mins from the Ferry terminal. We can arrange delivery if required.
